Overall responsibility
Communicate with Consumers via E-mail and Phone regarding company products and effecting company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Operations assistant in overall processes/procedures.
Key areas of responsibility
• Looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can handle various administrative tasks
• Tasks could range from making blog posts to responding to Live Chat on customer service site
• Good Customer service and problem solving skills
• Facilitate all off-site inventory and records per management requests
• Maintain Facebook and Twitter accounts and promotions/giveaways
• Engage via email and telephone conversation and assuring customers needs are met
• Transmit orders to necessary warehouse to fill orders
• Communicate product shortages to Inventory control for stock transfer
• Communicate shortages/stock outs by way of personally updating on website.
• Oversee the material on the website for availability and accuracy
• Document all tracking numbers/shipping records on share drive
• Document problems/complaints/returns for other department knowledge
• Process credits/refunds/exchanges
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is key objective
• Other ad hoc projects required
• Oversee Operations in International customer orders and China warehouse Liaison
• Challenge ASN’s from our customer base
• Order Entry duties
• Inbound Logistics coordinator
